Karen is an AHPRA-registered psychologist accepting referrals from GPs across the northern Melbourne suburbs. We provide individual therapy for adults, children and adolescents.

Practical details
What you and your patient need to know.
- Setting
- In-person at our Bundoora consulting room, plus secure telehealth Australia-wide.
- Availability
- Currently accepting new referrals. Karen consults Mondays and Wednesdays, 9am – 3pm.
- Wait time
- Typically 1–2 weeks for an initial appointment.
- Communication
- Karen will write back with a brief letter after the initial session, and again at session 6 or on request.
- Funding
- MHCP, Better Access, NDIS, Workcover, TAC and most private health funds.
How to refer

Send the referral
A standard MHCP referral letter is all we need, please include the diagnosis, presenting concerns and any background you think will help. We'll confirm receipt within one business day.
Patient books in
We contact your patient directly to schedule. They can also self-book online. We coordinate the Medicare rebate so they don't need to.
You receive a letter back
Karen writes a brief letter after the initial assessment, then again at the 6-session review or sooner if clinically warranted. Letters can be sent via your preferred channel.
