Lisa is a registered psychologist with over 13 years experience providing psychological services within educational and workplace settings. She completed a Masters in General Psychology in 2012.
Lisa’s background includes working with young children, teens and adults experiencing a range of issues, primarily anxiety, depression, self-harm, work related issues, conflict resolution and relationship difficulties. Lisa uses a range of interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Positive Psychology to support clients through their current situations.
Lisa’s empathetic and practical approach allows clients to identify and set goals as well as develop a range of tools to support them through their challenging situations.
